Karen Clarke, PMP®, PRINCE2, Fellow PMINZ
Karen's professionalism and 'result-focused' approach, combined with nearly 20 years experience in project and line management contributes to her remarkable record of achievement in the telecommunications, finance and central government sectors. Karen has particular expertise in competency standards & benchmarking, management by projects, programme management as well as project management. She is also globally active within the Project Management Institute.

Iain Fraser, PMP®, Fellow PMI, Fellow PMINZ
Iain is internationally recognised for his expertise, experience and in-sights on project-based management approaches. He is a member of the globalScot business network and sits on a number of boards.
His dynamic and facilitative style reflects a wealth of business and project experience spanning over 30 years in the oil & gas, energy, telecommunication and defence sectors. He has been recognised internationally for his contribution to the project management profession. Very active within PMI® over many years and was Chairman of the Board in 2006. His specific areas of expertise are programme governance, portfolio and programme management, project controls and training.
Considered a passionate and expert thought-leader by his peers means he is regularly invited to speak at business forums and conferences around the world. Many of his thought-leadership whitepapers have been published in various media. He has appeared on film, live radio and in other media.

Britta Fraser, CPIM®
Britta is a positive, energetic and dedicated person, with nearly 20 years of in-depth international manufacturing, distribution, finance and ICT experience. She has extensive skills in 'hands on' system implementation, test management and consulting. Britta also has a breadth of experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), blending a project management approach with business planning and integration skills.
