TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please make sure you have the authority to make a booking. Project Plus accepts your booking in good faith and will act in reliance on that booking. Should you need to cancel for any reason; the following refund policy will apply.
Refunds for cancellation of Certificate Programmes
- Due to the administrative requirements of Certificate Programmes no refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds for cancellation for all other courses: - Up to 10 days notice prior to the course – Full refund, less $50 service charge
- 5-10 working days notice prior to the course - Cancellations forfeit 50% of fee
- Less than 5 workings days notice prior to the course - Cancellations will forfeit 100% of the fee.
Should you be unable to attend, substitutions are welcome for all courses EXCEPT Certificate Programmes provided that adequate notice is given to Project Plus (subject to the substituted person meeting the required course pre-requisite). No substitutions are accepted for Certificate Programmes.
Project Plus is under no obligation to accept workshop transfers but will consider such a request on a case by case basis. In the event that Project Plus does accept a workshop transfer, a transfer fee will apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a programme or venue may need to change or even be cancelled. Accordingly Project Plus reserves the right to alter any venue and/or speakers or cancel a workshop. In the unlikely event of this occurring, Project Plus will refund any fees paid for the workshop itself but will not be responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred in relation to your attendance at the workshop (eg travel/accommodation costs). Project Plus will endeavour to provide at least 10 days notice of any such cancellations or changes.
Payment in full for Certificate Programmes must be received by the enrolment date.
In respect of all other courses, where you have selected the “To be Invoiced” or “Order Number” option, payment is due prior to the commencement of the relevant course.
An Invoice will automatically be generated as part of the booking process and we recommend you print the invoice for your records. A copy of the Invoice will also be sent to you via email as part of the confirmation process.
Details of your booking will be confirmed once the booking process has been completed. However, your place on the course will not be guaranteed until payment in full is received. Project Plus will make every effort to notify you prior to removing any booking but it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made on time. Please note, registration contains an obligation to pay and Project Plus will be entitled to pursue payment and recover costs in the manner set out below if payment is not received.
No payments are to be withheld or any deductions made from the fee without the prior written consent of Project Plus.
Interest at the rate of 12% per annum calculated on a daily basis shall be payable on any monies outstanding from the date payment was due until the date payment is received by Project Plus.
All recovery costs incurred by Project Plus arising out of your failure to pay by the due date, including full legal costs, disbursements and collection costs shall be payable by you upon demand.
Acceptance
You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and in any event are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon any booking request.
You acknowledge that payment by credit card using Paypal is at your own risk. Should payment not be received by Project Plus due to any error or defect of the Paypal system you will still be liable to make payment of the course fees to Project Plus.
You further acknowledge that you have viewed the course outline and meet the course prerequisite (NB: Project Plus does not recognise qualifications from other training providers).
These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without notification. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be displayed on the Project Plus website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with Project Plus’ Terms and Conditions. Each and every time that you use the services of Project Plus you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions together with all other terms and conditions specific to the service Project Plus is providing.
