Housekeeping Policy

To make sure our workshops run smoothly please familiarise yourself with the following Housekeeping Policy.

+ PROJECT PLUS commit to:
  • Provide a safe learning environment
  • Encourage participation and respect cultural diversity
  • In case of an emergency, ensure that all delegates follow the instructions of the venue’s evacuation procedures, arrange for any ambulance, administer First Aid, and contact the delegate’s work place
  • Arrange for any special requirements (e.g. dietary, learning etc)
  • Provide FREE post-workshop telephone support for up to 1 month
  • In the unfortunate event of disciplinary issues, Project Plus will dismiss a delegate and advise the delegate’s work place
  • Upon request provide a copy of the formal Project Plus complaints procedure.



 
+ YOU commit to:
  • Appreciate other delegates’ contributions and any cultural diversities
  • In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the Project Plus facilitator
  • Notify the Project Plus office (04-495 9100) if you are unable to arrive on time
  • Notify the instructor if you need to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Prior to the workshop, advise Project Plus of any special requirements (e.g. dietary, cultural, learning etc)
  • Behave in a courteous and respectful manner.
