If you are somewhat new to project management or indeed someone who has some work experience in the management of projects but wants to enhance the practical aspects with some best practice learning then this selection is for you.
The Project Plus Core courses provide a solid and fundamental collection of skills that will provide each graduate with the knowledge necessary to effectively contribute to the project outputs that are required. In addition to the base knowledge areas there is an offering on so called 'soft skills' that enhances communication, inter-personal and conflict resolution competencies of each person that completes this.
