Project Sponsorship 0.5 Day - NZ$375/person excl GST
Project Sponsorship is the key link between business performance, project success and effective change. The first part of this workshop provides those sponsoring projects with the information and skills they need to oversee projects effectively. You will learn how business processes relate to projects, and the role of the Sponsor and Line Manager, how to create a charter, review real-life project plans and status reports, and identify solutions and options to problems experienced with projects. At the end of the workshop, Sponsors will have a clear understanding of what their role requires and how to provide the oversight needed for any project they might encounter.
