Managing Multiple Priorities
1 Day - NZ$695/person excl GST

The biggest time management mistake people make is not realising how much time they waste. To get work done, you actually have to work. Not just be at work, not just talk about work, or complain about work – but work!

And to create time, you have to work smart. Time management involves working on the right things (effectiveness) and doing them the best way (efficiency).

This exciting 1-day workshop will arm you with knowledge and tools for you to become more productive.

As part of the course, each participant receives a copy of ‘The Time Management Memory Jogger’ from GOAL/QPC, as well as a comprehensive workshop manual.
