“Hands-on” experience for Project Managers to plan, monitor, report and control time and resource during the life of a project through interactive exercises. This workshop gives you a structured approach to planning and then controlling your projects.

+ What you will learn - Understand the planning and control cycle within the overall project
management life cycle - Understand the principles of project planning and project control
- Draw logic network diagrams using Precedence notation
- Draw barcharts and other graphs
- Analyse networks to find dependencies, dates, critical path, float etc
- Assess the effect of varying resource levels and availabilities on activities
- Appreciate the need for baselining, progress review and updates to the
project schedule - Have an understanding of important terms used in project planning and control.
