Are you looking to consolidate your existing skills or advance your career in project management? The Project Plus Certificate in Project Coordination is the first step on the journey and will give you the skills and confidence in any project or programme environment. In addition, the Certificate includes the vital business knowledge you will need to operate effectively in any project situation.

NB: If you have attended any of the workshops that comprise the Certificate in Project Coordination within the last 12 months immediately prior to commencing the programme, this may be ‘cross-credited’ to your Certificate. The cost of completing the Certificate will also be reduced by the ‘discount price’, not the full standard price. Please contact us prior to booking if you are seeking cross-creditation.

This programme is currently only offered in Wellington.

+ What the Programme Covers:

This programme requires participation in the following Project Plus public courses and must be completed within a 12 month period:

Essential Skills for Managing Projects (2 days)

Project Planning and Control (1 day)

Managing Multiple Priorities (1 day)

Microsoft Project (2 days)

Project Coordination Skills (1 day)

People Skills in Project Management (1 day)

Participants must successfully complete an online, open-book assessment that tests knowledge, tools and concepts learnt throughout the programme to receive their certificate. You will need to be able refer to the material from the previous workshops in order to be prepared for the assessment.

Previous experience in a project environment is desirable.
No off-site components or study required.
