PRINCE2® Practitioner
2 Days - NZ$1685/person excl GST
The PRINCE2® Practitioner workshop has been especially designed to give delegates an increased chance of success in the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination and is available to those who have already attained a pass from the PRINCE2® Foundation Examination.
PRINCE2® is a project management method designed to be adaptable and scaleable for all types and size of projects. The method can be tailored to reflect the organisation's existing standards and business. The two and a half hour PRINCE2® Practitioner examination will take place on the second day. You are permitted to refer to the PRINCE2® manual during the examination.

+ What you will learn - In-depth knowledge of PRINCE2®
- Full preparation for the examination (The questions in the Practitioner exam test your application of the knowledge you have learned. The pass mark is 55%. The exam is two and a half hour duration and a clean copy of the PRINCE2® manual only is allowed.
During the PRINCE2® Practitioner workshop the focus will be on revision and examination techniques plus the actual exam on day 2. The workshop also equips delegates with the knowledge they require to apply PRINCE2® to their projects.

+ Prerequisites - Attained a pass from the PRINCE2® Foundation Examination
- Must have demonstrated experience of project environments
- Some pre-course study is required
If it has been more than 6 months since you passed the Foundation please contact us regarding preparation for the exam. Please note that the Textbook Manual is not included in this workshop as you should already have this from the Foundation workshop. You can purchase additional manuals from us, please contact us for further information.
There will be a programme of pre-workshop self study (approximately 12-15 hours) using the manual and delegates will be sent a study framework to assist them with this activity. Delegates will be supported by the Project Plus helpline (email or telephone) if required.
